Spam Filtering Solutions

We dislike spam as much as most people do. We also did not like the procedure required with our mail server and have implemented a major modification to our system to eliminate the spam folder from the web mail.

You will find that legitimate emails are now coming through without issue. However, there will sometimes be a message that will need further input from you - these particular messages will be placed in a Quarantine Folder. This is different than the old system because an email will be automatically sent to your Inbox once an item gets placed in this folder. The email will contain a link, and you will simply click on the link and will be logged in to your Quarantine Folder to either allow this message through or mark it as spam.

We also have the ability to let you see the percentage of viruses and spam messages that our system catches. Right now we see that 90% of the messages that are coming through are spam, which leaves 10% as valid. So our system is doing a terriffic job!
